The system like all other systems powered by technology has experienced problems and bugs subject for improvement. The following are some of the problems identified: Give a) solutions to the enumerated problems below by adding new features to the system; b)Create guidelines to make sure that the information stored in the system is secured.

1. There are duplication of enrollment since students can enroll through Gmail, when students forgot their enrollment codes the reason they cannot reopen their accounts and they cannot track their enrollment progress, some would create new account using different email address that cause duplicate of enrollees. This problem gives wrong information as to number of students are enrolled is concerned because the real number is small than that of the records.

2. Another problem encountered was, students cannot edit their information once it was placed and processed in the system. It adds up the burden of the coordinators and registrar in cases they wanted.

3. There are some important features of the enrollment process that are not yet available that cause difficulty on end users, like uploading of documents, standardize profile picture uploads, etc.
