The tasks accomplished by the trainee during the field training are the outputs of the field training, where the skills acquired are intended to be acquired, and since the tasks that are completed require details and evidence to prove the student to achieve these tasks. Therefore, the trainee is supposed to document all the achievements, contributions, details and evidence are put in a single file called achievements portfolio The achievements portfolio file consists of the following items: 1. General data including (course name, course code, full name, university number, department, e-mail, name of training institution, address, training department, name of training supervisor, name of faculty supervisor). 2. Information about the real contribution of the student: Here are examples of contributions and achievements: a) Design and develop an application b) Program a system. c) Design a database. d) Analyze a system. e) Install and operate equipment. f) Install and operate a network. g) Maintain devices. h) Perform customer services. i) Train some employees on software systems and systems training, etc...) 3. A table that is prepared for each achievement. The table contains the name of the achievement, the definition of achievement, the number of the implementation team, the implementation period, how to achieve the achievement, the means used in the implementation, and a detailed explanation of the achievement and implementation. Other materials may be added such as a certificate of appreciation etc... 4. The trainee has to update their CV's. After the end of the internship training, the trainee will submit the achievements portfolio file to the academic supervisor. This will be evaluated according to the following criteria: 1. Table of contents and cover page. 2. The consistency of training outputs with the department's needs. 3. The clear mentioning of the philosophy and objectives of the work 4. Evidence of what has been accomplished. 5. Evidence of any certificates obtained. 6. Evidence of techniques obtained. 7. Samples from the work. 8. CV 9. The interconnection between theoretical and practical part. 10. All attached documents must be updated
