The team contract is created in collaboration with all team members using the given template. An effective team contract is intended to be an agreement between team members which clearly outlines the group$$s goals, objectives, rules, norms and performance expectations. Once established, every team member is $100\%$ accountable for their performance under the contract. It would be extremely difficult for any student to succeed in this course in the absence of success in meeting the terms and conditions as set out in the team contract.
