The territory of Utechology which has a population of 5000 persons, is tired of being a colony of Jamkekya and wishes to be independent. There are some residents who want to remain as part of Jamkekya but Jamkekya is in favour of Utechology declaring itself independent and has agreed to assist in whatever way necessary.
