This week you will begin to designan Action Plan for developing an interpersonal job-related skill(s) that you need to improve. To beginthis assignment, this week you are asked to do the following:

Step 1: Set a Goal/Desired State of Affairs

Do this week's self-assessments to identify interpersonal job-related skills that you want/need to develop. Once you have identified the skills that you want/need to develop, set the goals you to need to achieve to develop that skill. Make sure that the goals are positive, specific, concise, realistic, and cover different time periods (e.g.., daily, short range, medium range, and long range). Each you will detail the activities that you involve yourself with (that is "frequently practice") in meeting your development goals by writing about them in the journal provided.
