Everyone needs roles and responsibilities so they would assign those as they see fit, communication is key just like anywhere, so they need to maintain that communication. Diverse individuals have different ideas, which could be a great asset. It might be challenging due to people not agreeing on the same idea and some people push their idea it happens all the time. Just because an idea is thrown out there doesn't mean that it has to be used. It can be noted for future reference and used at a later date.
