From the case study I am convinced that implementing these theories will help clear the miscommunication and concerns created among the employee's dynamic that's happening in family owned Medi-Tech company and understand the whole organizational dysfunction. As human relations theory emphasizes importance of communication and involvement of workers in decision making "the goal of human relations was to make workers feel as though they belonged to something bigger than themselves, and thus the workers' work was important to the overall effort of the organization." Pg. 3.2 and Systems Theory which views an organization as collaborative unity amongst employer and employees. "the organization and its members both shape and are shaped by the information environment in which they operate" Pg. 4.3
