The time management strategies I used at home, work, or school has always been none up until recently. I was always very unorganized with my time and that has caused me to fail a lot. The strategy I'm using now is creating a schedule of my work that needs to be done for the day. 50 far, this strategy has been successful. Some reasons for procrastination can be someone who has depression or ADD. I know with me having both I either can't stay on subject because of my ADD or I feel like I'm a failure due to my depression. Some ways to overcome this for me at least is making a daily schedule and following it without getting off course. Also make sure I'm properly medicated for my depression so using coping skills will help me overcome the thought of being a failure. My academic goals are to graduate with my degree and pass my current class. The SMART component that's can use some work is to be specific, for example; I would like to pass my current class with a grade of at least a C+ or higher, and my other goal rewrite to I'd like to graduate with a Bachelors in Accounting in 4 years' time so I can have a better career path in my life
