The topic of Sustainable Business has become an important and integral part of the business world in every industry since the last decade. We hear the words Sustainability and Sustainable almost every day, but what does it really mean? Every organization is working towards one or more goal(s) for sustainable development and shared their plans on how they plan to achieve them. In this assignment, for the first part, you will play the role of a consultant of sustainability. You will research two companies and review their sustainability goals and plan. In order to complete this assignment successfully, you will need to prepare a short research report as the first part on what sustainability is and how it relates to the two companies, you have chosen. You must cite your sources. For each company, give a brief overview of the company and their mission. For each pillar of sustainability (social, economic, and environmental), identify which UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) (https://sdgs.un.org/goals) the company is working towards and how they plan to achieve it.

Discuss any gaps they have in their plan and approaches or suggestions you would advise the company on how they can improve their sustainability plan to achieve their goal as an organization. In the second part, describe what sustainability means to you and how you are contributing to the overall sustainable development goals as an individual. Your report should include all the items listed below:

Part 1: For each company (two in total) - Companies Chosen - Tesla and Coca Cola

Brief description and mission of the company

Identification of the companys UN SDGs and how they plan to achieve these goals

Identification of gaps in their sustainability plan

Your approaches or suggestions on they can improve their sustainability plan to meet their sustainable development goals
