The Trust income for the Dec 2023 quarter is below:
Residential rental income $ 6420
Capital gain on sale of equipment $ 5000
Interest on cash invested $ 2489
Commercial rental income $12000
The Trust paid Fringe Benefits Tax totalling $24,000 in the previous financial year and has therefore been advised that the quarterly instalments will be $6000. The Trust estimates that this liability will decrease to $18,000 this financial year and therefore wish to vary the FBT Instalment.
