The United Nations Global Service Centre $($UNGSC$)$ provides critical Supply Chain, and Geospatial, Information and Telecommunications Technologies services to all peacekeeping and special political missions around the world as well as to other UN Offices, Agencies Funds and Programs.

The new Board of Auditors have been appointed and part of their onboarding process includes a familiarization briefing.

From your experience of supporting high$-$stakes engagements:

a$)$ What would be an optimal structure of the meeting? Propose an agenda that the Director can share with the head of the BoA. Briefly describe what other critical steps would you take in preparation for the meeting $($include why these steps are critical$).$

b$)$ Provide a presentation outline, including the type of content that could be relevant, that would be most effective in supporting the meeting. What would be your key considerations to ensure the presentation is fit$-$for$-$purpose?
