The United States Supreme Courts is the highest court in the country. Justices are appointed for life. Their decisions are final. A couple of years ago, the President nominated our a Supreme Court Justice, Brent Kavanaugh.

My question is how long should someone have to answer for behavior they may have engaged in while in high school?

Does your answer change if the person is seeking a prominent political or judicial position? In other words, should our leaders be held to a different standard of conduct than the average American?
