The University of New Haven plans to add varsity, Division II men's and women's hockey and build a new ice arena on campus:

1) Who should be involved in the planning process for planning and designing the facility?

2) Where should the facility be located? (For this discussion, money is not an object, but public relations with the city of West Haven are important.)

3) Should the city of West Haven be considered when designing the facility?

4) What elements of the facility are necessary, and what elements would be significant? (i.e., spectator capacity, locker rooms, etc., etc.)
