The St. Hubertus forms the boundary between the two states with Viketon on the south side of the river and the Colbert Region on the north side. Viketon is one of the 15 largest metropolitan areas in the United States. The Colbert Region consist of small towns and small farms; Colbert is the largest town. See Figure 1 for a map of the area. The citizens of Viketon generally regard their city as progressive and as a growth center in their state. Approximately 2.5 million people live in the greater Viketon metropolitan area. Viketon has good transportation infrastructure with Interstate 163 (running north-south) and Interstate 168 (running east-west) intersecting in the city.
