The Vision Thing for leadership and Management skills

To create tangible products, the CEO will tell her vision to the project manager, and the manager will guide the employee in her words, thinking it should be aligned with the project.

CEO will not contact the employee. Only the manager can communicate and make sure that it is done properly. So only initial communication of CEO and manager and then the manager communication and telling that version to an employee is very important.

The manager also should gather all the products that he needs to give to employees to make that tangible product.

Employees then implement this strategy as they understand it from the manager. So, employees have control of the product once they receive all items and get a vision Of that product from the manager.

1-Now think about: the CEO and Manager will take 5 minutes to discuss how the vision will look for the tangible product and come up with a strategy.

2-Then the Manger will think about 5 minutes because he/she will be communicating this to employees in the right way, what he discussed with the CEO, and what the product will potentially look like

3- And at the end, employees would have 10 minutes to come up with a project.
