The waste water project has run into a few issues. It is your team's job to determine which stakeholder(s) will be impacted by the issues, how you will communicate with the stakeholders and submit three (3) written examples of your communication with stakeholders.

Issues

1. Your project has run into additional issues that will cost an additional $500,000 for the City of North Bay.
2. The winter was extra-long this year. You weren't able to break ground until the end of May. This pushed back your project by a month. Your project will not be completed by August 30.
3. Between the week of August 14 and 20water will need to be shut off to homes between 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Step 3: Identify how you will share the information to each appropriate stakeholder

Step 4: Submit three (3) examples of written communications to the stakeholders
