The way we are measuring success of a procedure is by the proportions of patients that had a setback which could include a heart attack, stroke, need for a bypass surgery or death. Better procedures have a lower proportion of setbacks, procedures that are not as good have a higher proportion of setbacks. Percent should be converted to a proportion.
