The work breakdown structure should be logical and hierarchical but not necessarily sequential. This work breakdown structure is the basis for your network diagram and your final project plan: a Gantt chart. Create four individual work packages (eg. training, system testing) with a minimum of three tasks for each work package. The final task should end in a product or deliverable (eg. a report, a test program). It must be clear what the deliverable is.
