The writer thinks you have done a great job answering this weeks discussion board post about midlife crisis. The writer personaly doesn not think most people take this saying seriously but more as a joke. This is her personal opinion but she feels as though it is undermined. This can be a very difficult time in a middle adulthood period of life and can take a toll on and individual and even affcet their mental health. The writer likes how you have also given your own personal opinion and insight on the situation and thinks that is very important as well. She likes how you point out that there are many interventions and different treatment plans out there in order to help any individual struggling with this. (Wrosch, C., & Scheier, M. F. (2003).
