The written mid-placement report demonstrates your ability to engage with critical thinking and critical reflection in your developing social work practice. You are expected to use the following questions to assist you in writing the mid-placement report, using a critically reflective style and relevant literature to support your analysis: Using an ethical dilemma you have experienced on placement, critically reflect on how you have addressed it, what you have learned about yourself and your developing practice. Identify 2 areas of development which were highlighted in your mid placement review, and critically reflect on why you think they are important to your developing practice, as well as the organisational context of the placement
