Razlan, who is a director of the company, has been assigned to find a suitable landforthatpurpose.RazlanhasconspiredwithZambri,whoownsapieceofland,tosellthelandto SSB for RM680,000. Both of them know that the land is not suitable for shrimp farming asit has high sulphur content. However, that information has not been disclosed to SSB. Inaddition,Razlan has alsoreceived 15%of theland pricefrom Zambri.
