There are 2 minutes max to answer each question. You don't need to use the full time. 1. I, Ms. Parmar feel confident that I understood what was necessary to execute this change. However I seem to misunderstand the power of stakeholders who have not "bought in" to my initiative. Please explain to me a few tools/ways I could learn more about my stakeholders to prepare them for the change and it's impact. 2. There seems to be a lot of resistance to my project can you give me two (2) examples you saw of this. Be specific to what is happening and what the underlying reasons for why this may be. (relate to course content) 3. What strategy would you suggest for dealing with each of the resistance issues. Explain so I can understand why you feel it would be effective. 4. Perhaps I did not create enough Urgency for this change. Please tell me your suggestions for how I could create that, what my message should entail and how I should deliver it for it to be effective. Please give me 2-3 methods that would be effective in my situation. 5. When we last spoke you discussed Kotter's Leading Change steps. Could you re-explain why I should use a Guiding Coalition and how it could be effective. Who do you suggest I have on this team and/or how would I chose them?
