There are 3 categories of manufacturing costs. Choose any product you wish and determine the direct materials, direct labor and overhead that would go into the manufacturing of that product. Be creative and extremely detailed with your products and costs. Describe in detail your product and every cost you can think of that would make up that product. Explain why you chose the costs you categorized as overhead. What makes these costs overhead for your product? Conduct the same analysis with direct labor.
