There are a number of privileges which a party may assert in response to requested discovery. There are attorney client privilege, work product privilege, common interest privilege, and the fifth amendment privilege. For each of these privileges, explain the following: a, the legal reasoning for the existence of such privileges; and b. the type of information these privileges would protect from disclosure
