There are any ways the "nerd boss" could improve to be a better leader within his own small business. Currently, the "nerd boss" is using the Ohio State Model. Specifically, they are using the "high structure, low consideration" matrix. The "boss from hell" is focusing on technology and getting the job done, instead of focusing on employee feelings and accomplishments. I would recommend the boss switch to a more "high structure, high consideration" role so that employees feel valued and the group will work together well
