There are different opinions out in the academic world and different debates on this subject matter which reminded me of the article I read which stated "Are leaders born, made or trained?" This article suggest that leaders are bit of both. "The most effective leaders are inspiring, strategic, energetic and possess a clarity of vision which can effect great change." (YOUNGSTOCK: Leaders - born, made or trained?, 2011). What do you think, are leaders born, made or trained?
