The Tampa bay lightening and the Toronto maple leafs have probaility 0.3 of winning. The Ottawa senators, Detroit red wings, and the Florida panthers, have no chance. That leaves three teams. The Boston bruins, and Montreal Canadiens both have the same probability of winning, but that probability is one-half that of the Buffalo Sabres. What probability does each of the eight teams have?
