There are five stages of evolution that a team goes through, and they are forming, storming, norming, performing, and adjourning. I am currently a part of a team at work that I feel is in two stages the forming and performing steps at the same time. The reason that I feel this way is because we had a team of 4 people that just added 3 more people. The original team was in our performing stage because we were able to collaborate and work on the plan
