There are four project managers (Jennifer, Adam, Ben, and Julie) and 6 consultants (Max, Sarah, John, James, Brooke and Claire). Four teams of three must be created for an upcoming project. Assignment to teams must follow the following conditions: Each team must have one project manager and two consultants. Each project manager can only be assigned to one team but consultants can be on multiple teams. Brooke cannot be on the same team as Claire nor James.
