There are four questions. Answer TWO questions only. a) Question 1 (50 marks) Shah is allergic to any Sulphur based on medication. One day, he fell ill and visited Hospital Kerajaan Shah Alam for treatment. Anis, the nurse who attended to Shah, administered medicine through injection to relieve him of his pain. The medicine contained Sulphur, which immediately triggered an allergic reaction to Shah, causing him to suffer severe skin rashes and continued itchiness to all parts of his body. Anis did not enquire as to Shah's medical history and any allergy before administering medication on him. Consequently, Shah had to be hospitalized for a month for further treatment. Due to the extended hospitalization period, he was not able to run his business and lost one month worth of income. Shah was upset with the Hospital and would like to take action against the government and to hold government accountable for Anis's alleged negligence
