There are laws pertaining to confidentiality that have limits to which behaviors to report. How do you clearly define when to report behavior? For example, what if a child client is repeatedly observed to be dirty and wearing clothes that are too small? What if a client with depression continues to listen to music and watch movies about suicide? How should a counselor proceeed if they aren't sure what to do? Please cite a reference
