There are many examples of excellent leadership in organizations and examples of poor leadership in organizations. There are many popular books written on the subject and even a TV show Undercover Bosses which shows examples of leadership. One of my personal favorite organizational leaders is Richard Branson. Hes quite charismatic and seems like a nice guy. And, here's an example of an interesting article that highlights several impressive female CEOs. Write a few sentences about the leader you choose and include a link to an article, video, or news story about the leader.
