There are many passages in the Bible which use logical constructs. One example is in Mark 11:27-33 (NASB):

27They came again to Jerusalem. And as He was walking in the temple, the chief priests and the scribes and the elders came to Him,28andbegansaying to Him, "By what authority are You doing these things, or who gave You this authority to do these things?"29And Jesus said to them,"I will ask you one question, and you answer Me, andthenI will tell you by what authority I do these things.30Was the baptism of John from heaven, or from men? Answer Me."31Theybeganreasoning among themselves, saying, "If we say, 'From heaven,' He will say, 'Then why did you not believe him?'32Butshall we say, 'From men'?"they were afraid of the people, for everyone considered John to have been a real prophet.33Answering Jesus, they said, "We do not know." And Jesus said to them,"Norwill I tell you by what authority I do these things."

You can see here that Jesus gave the chief priests, scribes, and elders the option p v q (p or q)where p = "the baptism of John is from heaven",and q = "the baptism of John is from men". The chief priests, scribes, and elders were very familiar with logic and realized that if they said "p is true" then Jesus would ask why they hadn't believed John. In other words p->"we should believe John" but they hadn't believed John. They were afraid to say "q is true" because they feared the people who had considered John to be a prophet. In other words, q-> "John wasn't a prophet" but they were afraid to say that.

For this Discussion Board, find at least eight more passages in the Bible that contain a logical construct such as p^q, p v q, p -> q, etc. Identify in words as I have done above what each proposition is and what the passage means.
