There are several fiscal policy examples that have been used to counter the COVID recession that began in 2020. What was done? What more could and should have been done? What have been the costs of not doing the best thing or not doing more? (Think poverty, inequality, racial and gender disparities, etc). You don't need to talk about all of these things...get creative
