There are some things that I would like to recommend modifying and being updated with today's technology. Many of the employees would like to be aware of their benefits. Therefore it is important to offer an app that they can use wherever they are. It would be a good idea for us to invest in an app to make things easier for employees so that they are aware of their benefits. This app will make employees happy and show a little more productivity. Another proposal that comes to mind is the increase, for example, how long would the salary be increased and how much. We could also talk more about bonuses after a period of time so that we could attract and retain more employees in the future. What are the projected costs associated with those benefits? Will there be a return on investment?
