You are required to complete long individual reflection about how your work as an Agile Team is progressing so far. You are required to use The Deming Cycle (also know the PDCA cycle) as a framework for this exercise and your reflection should clearly follow the steps of the framework.

1. ACT - Formulate a plan of 3 action items that you will take forward within the team which will improve 3 of the following 4 areas:

1. Agile Mindset
2. Servant Leadership within the team.
3. Psychological safety within the team.
4. Working as a self-organised team.
5. Reflection through the Retrospective process
