There have been discussions in the public sphere about the amount of money Ghana spends on importing rice. Several proposed solutions have been advanced.

You are required to use the PRINCE System to analyze these proposed solutions.

You must identify 3 proposed solutions and analyze them using no more than 5 stakeholders or actors. This will require that you do some reading on the subject matter in Ghana and elsewhere.

As an organization you must indicate your preferred solution i.e. you must indicate upfront who you are and what your preferred solution is from the 3 that you choose to analyze.

You must indicate how your preferred solution can be brought about as part of your analysis.

Note that it is not enough to write down numbers. They must be justified and explained.
