1. What are the penalties for marijuana possession in the state of Tennessee (taking into consideration various amounts in one's possession) and discuss the respective laws in neighboring states. Are there differences, and, if there are, do they relate to any social or cultural differences in the respective states?
2. should marijuana be legal ?? (not just those with medical conditions) or should they keep it illegal? Defend your position.
