There is a die-cutting machine for metal parts, which presented a failure when the power was cut off at the plant, The program in the PLC was completely erased and you are in charge of reprogramming the PLC to carry out the assigned task. Below are the steps of the die-cutter process.
1. Detection of metal part in position.
2. Once the part is detected, the clamps are activated.
3. It has manual operation buttons by the operator with both left and right hands to avoid accidents. (2 buttons).
4. When the buttons are activated, the die-cutter is activated.
5. After making the stamping/cut, the clamps are released and 2 seconds later they activate the plunger of the piece to drop it out the machine.
6. Remember that there must be a button to energize the machine and another total stop.
