There is a widespread belief that the future of management will require managers to solve business

challenges by prompting artificial intelligence $($AI$)$ for answers, instead of crafting these answers or

solutions themselves. Therefore, the skills that business schools should be teaching their students

should include AI prompting and the design of bots to interface between managers and LLM models

translate managerial requests or challenges into prompts, and then translate LLM answers into

actionable plans that managers can follow.

One potential way to teach this skill is by turning course final projects from writing papers and making

presentations into the task of designing customized bots or GPTs$.$ Specifically, the instructor will teach

students the best practices for prompting and request that they submit a GPT designed to fulfill a

course$-$related task. For example:

$1-$ Change management GPT that generates plans for managing change using the ADKAR model

$2-$ Strategy analysis GPT that helps companies understand their environment and respond with the

appropriate strategies

The current management of KFUPM Business School $($KBS$)$ believes strongly in the need to incorporate

AI in the teaching methods of management courses. It has designated four courses: MGT $430,$ MGT $495,$

MKT $450,$ and MKT $410$ for a trial program. However, not all instructors believe in this direction and

some have voiced skepticism and outright rejection of the idea. After conducting an initial change

readiness assessment, it was found that the readiness level is the following:
