There is definitely a combination of management styles going on in the office I am at. I would have to go with Transformational as the type of management currently being implemented. The morale here is very high and there is a vision that the entire team is involved in. Everyone has there role in the process of the growth of the business. There is a very motivated and positive aura about the office and amongst the team. Everyone supports each other as if they were family here. If someone is out sick or something happens nobody here bats and eye and just jumps in to help. There is no job that is too big or too small for anyone. We do whatever we can within our scope of practice to help the team to ensure our patients have the best experience possible. I agree with and would repeat this style of management over and over again. Everyone feels seen and heard
