1) The organization I chose would be Amazon; Amazon is one of the largest technology companies which have some challenges for coming years. The first risk would be channel expansion and high growth pains like when Amazon tries to operate quickly and diversify with new product and services that could cause risk. Also, the risk of international operations has some risks like local economic/ political conditions, international regulations on eCommerce, business licensing across borders, etc. Furthermore, Amazon has another risk would be an optimization of data & fulfillment centers like when Amazon do not adequately predict customer demand or otherwise optimize and operate the fulfillment network and data centers successfully, there will be a risk like increase costs, impairment charges, etc
