Think about a leadership issue where those involved would benefit in some way from engaging in an arts-based leadership development intervention. The aim of the intervention being to improve the leadership practices of those involved.

This leadership issue could be one you are experiencing yourself, within your organisation, something outside work or in society more generally.

Make a post providing:

• A brief description of the leadership issue and a brief overview of the key characters (background and personalities) involved. Identify clearly why there is an issue - for example, lack of skills; conflicting feelings; confusions about trying to apply new leadership approaches or adapt to change.
• The setting(s) of the leadership issue - the spaces that it occupies. For instance, spaces used by an organisation; yourself; public spaces; the media and such like.
• An arts-based leadership development intervention that you would suggest that could be used (drawn from those covered on pages 33-35 of the Bock 6 reader and how it might be used to develop the key characters you have identified.
