Think about a waiting line that you have encountered - can be virtual or "real". Describe how the line was organized (Who was in line, where was it, etc). Why was there a waiting line? Did the service provider do anything to make the wait less pleasant? (think about the psychology of waiting lines) If so, what did they do? What could they have done? How could the "line" be arranged to reduce waiting times or make it feel less long?
