Think about conflicts - including disagreements and differences of opinion - that you experienced while completing previous team assignments in all of your current and previous courses in the Project Management program. Reflect on your TYPICAL behaviour during these experiences.

Think about conflicts (differences of opinion, disagreements, differences in perspective, etc.) that your team experienced during previous assignment. In your opinion, were the conflict management styles of your group members the same as yours, or were they different? What conflict management style(s) did your team use, to resolve the main conflicts that you experienced during previous assignment? In your opinion, did your team resolve conflicts effectively? Would you adopt a different conflict management style, if you had the opportunity to go back in time and do the last assignment again? Explain your opinion and incorporate examples into your answer. Remember! Interpersonal conflict can include differences of opinion, debates, and/or ummet expectations. Don't restrict the concept of conflict to arguments or aggressive behaviour.
