Think about the reasons the death penalty exists. Does it matter what the crime committed was? Does the criminal history matter? What type of criminal history? What about mental issues? Past abuse? Some people say they feel torn about the topic because they agree but then they don't. Is the crime so heinous that it is an easy answer to kill the killer? Does age matter?
