Think about the usual characteristics of preferred stock. (You should be able to answer these questions based on the discussions in the lecture video over preferred stock.)  What does it mean for preferred stock to be cumulative with respect to any missed dividend payments? Is most preferred stock cumulative?  What is participating preferred stock? Is most preferred stock participating?
