Think of a change in your organization or in an organization that you are familiar with. This can be a change that has already happened, is under way, or is about to happen.

Change would be at progressive insurance in the national salvage unit. They did a reorganization change. All 50 states were DIVIDED into separate teams and each person on the lien release team was set to a mini team to help the salvage rep srs obatin the correct title / lr for sale of vehicles at auction. This chabged how claims were worked and they were worked by state. This change helped the national salvage unit get out of "twilight" or get caught up on aged / past due claims quickly.

1. Describe the organization and the change that is taking place.
2. Analyze the readiness of stakeholders in the organization to take action in support of that change using Table 6.6 on page 205 of Organizational Change.
3. Document other ideas you have for influencing the individuals in our organization who may be resistant to change.
