1. Think of a change you would like to see happen in an organization where you work, have worked, or one you are familiar with.
   • It must be something new -- not something that has happened already.
2. I want a slide presentation (you can use PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, or another tool of your choice) that includes the following:
   • Title slide
   • A brief overview of needed change and desired results
   • Any of the models from Module 3, which focus on the role of the leader
   • Force Field Analysis
   • Either classic change model from Module 5
   • Anticipated employee response (from Module 2)
   • Reference slide (Note: Make sure to use in-text citations for your sources within the body of the presentation as well.)
3. To create the video, there are several options;

   • Run your PowerPoint and record yourself speaking through the presentation using Screencast-O-Matic. You can register for a free account at https://screencast-o-matic.com/register. Screencast-O-Matic's Ultimate Guide On How to Screen Record walks new users through each stage of the process. It can also be accessed through the Module 6 Learning Resources folder.
   • Use another similar program of your choice.
