Think of a situation where you have been asked to read something and follow instructions. Whether a letter, a website or how to get concert tickets, think about those documents or words that were easy to follow and those that were not. Describe the situation and name one aspect of the writing which made it difficult to understand what to do. What could the writer have done better? Conversely, what was done well in those letters or website which were easily understood? What was done well?
